My new favorite place for black garlic ramen. Served hot and tasted flavorful. We love the crispy bak choy. As for chirashi don, the fish wasn't as fresh as expected. Will return to explore other dishes.

Loved the entire experience. I’ve been here several times and they don’t disappoint. Love their original gyoza, edamame, hazelnut Ramen, and their cocktails! The new server and the bartender were especially friendly.

I’ve been wanting to try this ramen shop in Beaverton, and am so glad I did. This is the perfect location to come to when it’s raining and gloomy outside. The broth is hot and hearty, and I really like the firm texture of the noodles. I might try a vegetarian option next time as I didn’t love the pork in the Shoyu ramen so much. Otherwise, cute atmosphere and friendly service!

Afuri Beaverton absolutely delivered one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I was looking for top restaurant recommendations around Beaverton, and after checking a couple sources, I asked ChatGPT—which nailed it by suggesting Afuri. I love ramen and sushi, and this locally-run spot clearly knows what it’s doing. I had the tonkotsu pork ramen with black garlic, along with a side of pork belly, and it was flawless—rich, deep flavors, perfect noodles, and beautifully cooked pork. We also shared the salmon tacos and pork dumplings—both were excellent—and I really enjoyed their house IPA as well. The whole experience felt thoughtful and dialed-in. Even my boss said it was the best ramen he’s had in a long time. I couldn’t agree more. This place deserves all the praise. Great food, great service, and a strong local vibe. Highly recommended!

Amazing ramen restaurant in downtown Beaverton near Portland. I would highly recommend this shoyu ramen and house made fried chicken. They have a big menu of cocktails and Japanese beers as well. The edemame and tuna are great as appetizers as well. The staff are always welcoming and are very knowledgeable about the menu.

We took a large group of students here. The staff was absolutely incredible. For many in our group, this was the first time having ramen. The staff worked hard to answer questions and care for us. The food was delicious. The fried dumplings were fun.

Amazing in every way. The food, the service, the atmosphere. We were originally headed to my favorite sushi spot in Beaverton directly across the way which was closed. I'm glad they were closed because we discovered this amazing restaurant. So now we have two incredible places to eat right near downtown Beaverton. Everything was worth the price that was paid. Highly recommended
